So, I've decided to try this ROM after another try with MAD's ROM (immediately after boot, android setup crashed, so I'm abandoning MAD releases for the time being)
Lineageos looks good so far, rock solid, no crashes or any problems, phone is smooth we'll see how it behaves after a couple of days.
If anyone has any advices or anything, feel free to post here. I'll add my own experiences after testing this rom more thoroughly.

Hello I would be interested in the rome. But there will also be updates for 14.1. As with other devices.

Even with first version of MAD's ROM I had occasional app crashes, but nothing alarming. This time it crashed on initial device setup, and I just wasn't in the mood to deal with it...
Good news is, with LineageOS finally it seems that my battery drain is gone. I'll wait a few days more just to be sure but so far it looks promising.
Overall ROM experience is that is somewhat 'slower' that stock or other ROMs (here I have to admit that MAD's ROM was the fastest and smoothest of them all). Don't get me wrong, it's not lagging, it's not jerky or anything like that, it just feels like all animations are set to 1.5x speed instead of 1.0x. I'll have to play with animation speed to see if this is just some weird default setting.
On the other hand, ROM is rock solid, nothing else compares, it's more stable than anything I've tried so far including stock. All apps work fine, nothing crashes, apps don't hang, everything installs fine and starts without a problem, it feels like really, really mature ROM.
Since I'm not a fan of benchmarks, I don't usually run them, but just to test, I ran Antutu and got 84632 points.
Overall, if Apollo Lite came with this ROM as it's stock ROM, that would be IT. Congrats to guys who made this rom, from now on, it's definitely my daily driver...
EDIT:
Forgot to mention, and it will probably be important to many of you, camera still sucks, it's the same like what you get on stock ROM. Fard's ROM had the best camera quality, this is definitely worse than that.

Did you got LineageOS updstes yet? Does the Theme System work? I'm hyped to hear about battery drain since I have 0 battery issues on Stock right now.

Yep, themes do work, I've tried MIUI7 theme that came with this ROM and it works fine. There is build in updater but it doesn't offer me any updates yet so I'm not 100% sure it's functional. We'll see about that

Did you flash the ROM with spflashtool, or via twrp?

I used TWRP, ROM is in a zip file, there were no problems flashing it through TWRP recovery, it comes bundled with Google apps and its pre-rooted.

What do you think about the battery usage compared to stock rom? Is it better or worse?

On this rom I don't have any battery drains, definitely the best rom so far considering battery life.

Here are a few screenshots of my battery usage. In this scenario I've charged my phone before leaving the house which was around 2pm, after that I left and didn't charge it until the next morning. Important thing here is that I was constantly in an area of very low to no cell signal coverage and my WiFi was on. While the screen was on, I mostly used it for games, videos, and GPS navigation. While I'm using the phone where it has a good cell coverage and if I'm just browsing or watching videos without gaming I can get up to 5h of SOT without a problem...
