Doc i recived from vernee support service. And it works. uploadfiles.io/e43311My problem was that the audio jack was faulty. I had the headset on and if i only moved the connection plug on at the audio jack the sound/music stop play. As if the audio jack on the device was not probably soldered on the main board. So i emailed vernee support and received instructions were the problem was. I will explain what i did. * Open up the back case (this video helped me youtu.be/x7nJykmRgLM)youtube.com/watch?v=x7nJykmRgLM * Removed 5 screws and disconnected the connections from the board. * Picked up/off the main board from the device(remember to have esd protection) Turn aroud the main board to se the audio jacks soldier points. Se de document i attach and you will se the pictures is nearly the same as vernee mention. I think the pictures are from the thor model but anyways there inly 5 solder points on apollo lite. * re-soldierd/ or just warm up the 5 solder points. I warm up the points and added little solder. (not 6 as the doc shows).placed the mainboard back (5 screws and all connections) and power the device without the backcase. Test the audio jack. If audio works with headset congratulations you fixed the audio jack! :-)

Really good stuff. I'm sure this will be useful if anyone else has this issue.
