Haven't done build 14 yet.
14 minus 1 (the number which comes after 12) has issues with boot, charging and has reduced capacity of my sdcard from 64gb to 27gb.(sdformatter4 won't fix it!)
Ie Don't use it
I need to refer quite a lot i tried with it last night. And try again

New build 07Dec16 tweaked kernel quite a bit. haven't tested battery yet. Photos taken in 4:3 using stock camera app seem a load better but it's dark so I can't check photos in light stock camera does 4k video and highspeed video at 640x480 Doesn't include any GMS stuff /userdata isn't in there but stock recovery is. If dirty flashing then flash twrp and flash opengapps / super su gapps and su are not surviving a system flash at the mo. trying to work out why the /custom folder isn't called on building

Final working build of the day 7Dec16CUsing new cameraHw for the kernel. EIS is enabled and compiled and doesn't error. Lens code tweaked. Some other stuff. Custom folder built so some of the vernee tweaks (bootanim and sounds mostly, it's ignored the build.prop changes) are included.

Oooooh, this is looking promising. I've finally managed to sync my MFA codes on my PC and my smartphone so I can now experiment more with ROMs.

Latest Build: 11Dec16CYou have to flash with sptool, if you want to use it to dirty flash over stock then **UNTICK** the userdata in sptool. Install opengapps. Then login to play store. Don't factory reset It isn't a huge amount you'll need to remove and reinstall afterwards EIS is available in stock camera app for video, video hdr and EIS is available in freedcam dng using imx230_QC profile gives correct colours in freedcam too.

Hmm some of that might need qualifying viper To dirty flash
Don't flash recovery. Go straight into twrp recovery if you have it installed already. If not flash it before rebooting. Install open gapps Install supersu (if using it before)
The other instructions are there if you let it boot without flashing gapps. Lots of apps will crash then after you install opengapps.

Do you want to start a thread for this ROM? That way you can maintain it, instead of me trying to do it. It might be a bit easier that way. If you do, I can delete this thread then.

You could give fards mod rights. He could edit the first post then too.

Just used sptool to flash the ROM-11Dec16C. I had backed up all userdata under the prior ROM build11 - backed up at the ROM options screen, but is unable to restore in 11Dec16C. Question is - Can I just flash TWRP Recovery on top of this ROM and use TWRP-recover my user-data ?
Would really like to just use the standard rom Recovery but is does not appear to work...just hangs for a long time.

The ROM-11Dec16C has been stable, camera working well and very easy on the battery consumption *using Android 6.0 intelligent power saving only. Thank you Fards and No1VIPER. Below battery consumption included about 1 hour of installing apps. Then 7 hours of standby. Results 83% battery power remaining. Attachments:

I am honestly pondering on moving to this ROM... but which is the base? Marsh or Nougat? Is there an "easy" way to do it step by step as I feel like it isn't just like any other ROM that you zip download on SD and flash it via TWRP...
Thanks!

You must use the current SP-FLash tool for this ROM. Runs well unrooted.

Team, Just followed the instructions to use TWRP recovery to install Open-GAPPS and SUPERUSER.... Unfortunately Google Play Store app keeps crashing on start UP. My question is: What version and variation of Open-GAPPS are to be used please?
Answer: Used the Open-GAPPS, ARM64 - Android 6.0 - Micro. Phone working perfectly now.
