Hi,
I don't know why but I can't make a call the network cut off when it starts. It's frustating to not be able to contact someone specialy when it's a business matter.
The same thing happens when I receive a call, the network is fine the reception is full on LTE network but when I start a call it's going on 3G and finally it's cutting off when the call is answered.
I'm using android for a long time now and it's the first time this sh** happens with a official ROM. Please don't sent me to link with engineer mode to modify Band or anything else, it DOES NOT WORK!!!! The phone have an issue with UMTS band and doesn't hook GSM band either. UTMS band is not recognized properly and shows as unknown. (WTF) I was please with the late update but it's does not concerned for any issue with data or network connection. Because I tried with my old oneplus one and no issue when I'm calling someone.

You could try clearing cache in stock recovery.
Anyway, don't expect much from Vernee, their ROMs are extremely buggy

This isn't Lite version, I don't think there are any custom ROMs for it...

BR Carpe Diem This might be a stupid question, but have you checked if the phone is definitely fully compatible with your network? You can check it by using the link in this thread: verneeapollolite.proboards.com/thread/67/phone-work-on-network

No there is no rom for non lite. And Mad rom dont fix the 2g issues. I have same problem with the lite version. Data works exellent but for normal phonecalls and sms is horrible. I have Apollo to and sometimes it get the same issues as the lite version

Then it most be a 2g issue. Lets hope there will be some kind of modem/gsm fw update fix.

It's definitely a software bug, X20 is relatively 'new' chipset and afaik there are maybe 20-30 phones on the market with this chipset (and probably all of them are Chinese companies with poor software development) so progress will be slow and painful. Hopefully later on there will be custom ROMs for this phone to try and test.
But, like Viper said, definitely check if the phone supports frequencies used by your provider. Because if it doesn't there is NO fix for that, frequency range depends on additional hardware in the phone and you can't upgrade that. If the phone doesn't support frequencies used in your country don't even consider buying it...

The frequencies are supported about that I'm relieved.
